Caramel Custard

Ingredients:

3 Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Caramel >> 2 tbsp brown/white sugar


Method:
In an aluminium tray/bakeware/any metal deep pot dish add brown sugar to bottom.
Hold the dish over stove at high heat till sugar melts and syrup becomes very thick.
Now tilt the dish in all direction till syrup coats bottom.Blend eggs & sugar.
When very smooth, add vanilla essence and milk. Blend again to get smooth batter.
Pour this batter into the dish with 1 inch empty from top.
Bake in an pre-heated oven at 375 deg F for about 1 to 1.5 hrs.
Insert a knife and when it comes clean the custard is done.
Cover and refrigerate for atleast 5 hrs.Invert the dish after lossening the sides with knife just before serving.
